As a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Joel holds one of the most respected designations in the global investment profession, specializing in advanced investment analysis and institutional portfolio management.

A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Joel is a retired Army officer and a Ranger-qualified veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom. Having served with the 10th Mountain Division, his leadership is rooted in precision and service. His civilian career includes senior financial leadership for organizations managing nine-figure operating budgets and asset portfolios, ensuring the fiscal architecture of Fibro-Resolve™ remains as rigorous as its underlying science.

In addition to his financial expertise, Joel is a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) with an MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School.
